Bạc Xỉu Béo
Extra sweet, milk-heavy Vietnamese coffee. For serious sweet tooths. A Saigonese dessert drink that's not as common in other regions of Vietnam.

We offer two matcha quality levels: **House Blend** (standard quality) and **Inucha** (premium ceremonial-grade).
Inucha is a local Saigonese female-owned brand that sources ceremonial Uji matcha from Japan. We use Meiji milk for all matcha lattes.

Japanese kumquat tea. Tart, citrusy, clean.

Strawberry and blackcurrant with hibiscus. Berry-forward, slightly tart.
Soda Thủ Công FIZZ
Fizz Sodas are made locally in Ho Chi Minh City by Rebecca from New Zealand. Made in small batches with real cane sugar (less than commercial sodas), locally sourced Vietnamese fruit, no caffeine, no alcohol, natural preservatives only. Just 74 calories per bottle for Very Berry compared to 139 in commercial sodas.
These are a best seller at Dulce because they’re bright, fresh, and pair perfectly with our sandwiches and desserts. Local, refreshing, tropical.

Oranges and passion fruit from the Mekong Delta. Tropical, sunny, citrus.

Freshly squeezed Vietnamese lemons infused with lemongrass. Zingy, tropical, refreshing.

No. We don’t offer decaf coffee.

We have oat milk (Oatly) available for +10K. No soy or almond milk.

It’s made with the same cream cheese we use for our desserts. It’s tangy, slightly sweet, and sits on top of drinks like Salted Caramel Mocha and Hazelnut Latte.
