What goes in a breakfast sandwich here?
Four things.
Focaccia. Our team in Bàn Cờ bakes it in house. The Breakfast Sandwich is pressed, and focaccia is the bread we use when a sandwich goes on the press.
A two-egg omelette. Each sandwich gets two eggs, cooked as an omelette.
Cheddar. The press melts it.
Your choice of meat. Pick one: ham, bacon or salami, or wagyu roast beef or mortadella for a little more.

Is it served all day?
Yes. The Breakfast Sandwich is on the menu for the whole of our opening hours, which at SANDWICH by Dulce are daily 9 AM to 8 PM. If you are up at 2 PM and want eggs, we can press one. If you want one at 5 PM, same answer.
We open at 9 AM, so this is not a 6 AM sandwich. Anyone who needs breakfast before nine should plan around that.
How much is it?
It is priced below every other named sandwich on our menu, and it is complete: bread, eggs, cheese and meat, nothing to add. Roast beef and mortadella cost a little more. Current prices are on our menu. It is also the simplest way to try the focaccia and the press.
How do I find the shop?
SANDWICH by Dulce is at 382/15 Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai, Phường Bàn Cờ, near Tao Đàn Park. It shares premises with our Dulce de Saigon bakery and has its own signage, so look for the SANDWICH sign. Open daily 9 AM to 8 PM.
Can I add things?
To choose your own bread, eggs and extras, order the Build Your Own sandwich instead. Its base is the bread alone, and everything else (eggs, cheddar, ham or bacon) is added on top at the prices listed on the menu.
What about coffee?
A sandwich this size asks for something to drink. The sandwich counter is part of our café and bakery counter, so the whole drinks menu, coffee, matcha and house-made sodas, is there with it, along with the cakes and cookies if you want something sweet after.
Where else can I get one?
