Ordering whole fall cakes in Saigon
You can order five whole fall cakes and pies in Saigon from Dulce de Saigon: a Pumpkin Cheesecake, a Pumpkin Spice Cake, a Pumpkin Pie, a Pecan Pie and an Apple Pie. Order 24 hours ahead on Zalo. All are made in our Bàn Cờ kitchen: you pick them up at Bàn Cờ, or we send them by Grab.

The Pumpkin Cheesecake is a New York cheesecake marbled with a pumpkin swirl, our house pumpkin puree, on a graham cracker crust. It comes in two whole sizes: 15cm and 20cm.
The Pumpkin Spice Cake is a moist pumpkin sponge finished with brown butter cream-cheese frosting and a chocolate crunch. It comes in two whole sizes too: 15cm and 20cm.
The Pumpkin Pie is a 22cm pie filled with the same house puree, in a pie crust, served with whipped cream. It is sold whole, with no slices. If you want a single serving of pumpkin, the Pumpkin Pie Bar is the one to order at the counter.
The Pecan Pie is a whole classic pecan pie, 22cm. It is a different product from the Pecan Tart at the counter: the tart is the individual pastry, and the Pecan Pie is the whole order.
The Apple Pie is a whole 22cm spiced baked apple pie, a stacked apple pie in an all-butter crust with a cinnamon apple filling. It is a separate order from the Apple Pie slice at the counter.
All five are baked by our team in Bàn Cờ.

How do you order a whole cake?
- Message us on Zalo with the cake, the size and the day you want it.
- Order at least 24 hours ahead. That is the notice for every whole cake and pie above.
- Pick it up at our Bàn Cờ shop, 382/15 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Ban Co Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, any time from 08:00 to 21:00. Look for the alley off the street and the Dulce de Saigon marquee.
Prefer a call? Bàn Cờ answers on 0903 305 993. Prices here are in-store prices; Grab and ShopeeFood show their own.
Want it delivered? Send your address on Zalo and we book a Grab courier from Bàn Cờ. The fee is at Grab rates for the distance, quoted on your address. There is no free shipping. You pay when you pick up or when it arrives, and there is no deposit. Whole cakes are ordered on Zalo, not on GrabFood.
If you want a decorated or custom cake, that is a different order with its own notice. Ask on Zalo and we will tell you.
Are whole cakes made at Thảo Điền?
No. Whole cakes and pies are made at and sent from Bàn Cờ, not from Thảo Điền. The Thảo Điền shop has every fall slice, bar, tart and drink, open 08:00 to 21:00 every day. If you are near Thảo Điền, order on Zalo and we send the cake from Bàn Cờ by Grab.
What are the six fall desserts?
Beyond the five whole cakes and pies above, the fall menu has six desserts you buy by the slice or the piece. Prices are in-store.
- Pumpkin Cheesecake, 110.000 ₫ a slice: pumpkin swirl on a graham cracker crust.
- Pumpkin Spice Cake, 95.000 ₫: a moist pumpkin sponge with cream-cheese buttercream and chocolate crumble.
- Apple Pie, 120.000 ₫ a slice: a stacked apple pie in an all-butter crust, with a cinnamon apple filling.
- Pecan Tart, 95.000 ₫: a chocolate tart shell, a crunchy pecan filling and light whipped cream.
- Pumpkin Pie Bar, 85.000 ₫: an oat crust under a smooth pumpkin filling.
- Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Pain Suisse, 90.000 ₫: a laminated pastry with pumpkin custard and chocolate chips.
Looking for apple pie in Saigon? The slice is 120.000 ₫, or Dulce’s Apple Duo, an Apple Pie slice with a Spiced Apple Cider, at 180.000 ₫. The Pecan Tart is a single tart at 95.000 ₫, with a chocolate shell.
