Dulce de Saigon is an American-style bakery and cafe in Ho Chi Minh City, founded in 2019, with a District 3 flagship near Tao Dan Park, open 8 AM to 9 PM daily, and a bakery and deli in Thảo Điền.
District 3’s American bakery bakes several birthday cake styles you can order for pickup or delivery through GrabFood, ShopeeFood, or Fabi.

Funfetti Birthday Cake
Funfetti is an American vanilla birthday cake with rainbow sprinkles folded through the batter, so the crumb bakes speckled. We bake ours from scratch with real butter and real vanilla, and layer a crunchy funfetti crumble between the layers.
Classic Carrot Cake
Our carrot cake is a spiced American layer cake built on fresh grated carrots and crushed walnuts, finished with a heavy cream cheese frosting. We leave out raisins, pineapple, and orange zest, keeping the classic version.
Tres Leches Cake
Tres leches is a light sponge cake soaked in three milks: evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and cream, then served chilled. It is a celebration cake people request by name for birthdays.
Basque Burnt Cheesecake
Our Basque cheesecake is crustless, with a deeply caramelized top and a soft, custardy center. It is baked without gelatin, using real cream cheese and oven heat for its texture, and can be ordered whole for a birthday.
Turtle Cheesecake
Turtle cheesecake is a dense New York-style cheesecake on a scratch-made graham cracker crust, layered with caramel, chocolate, and roasted pecans. Whole turtle cheesecakes are made to order for birthdays.
Red Velvet Cake
Red velvet is a light cocoa cake made with buttermilk, finished with a tangy cream cheese frosting. Whole red velvet cakes can be ordered for a birthday with the date, serving size, and any inscription.
