Café Drinks
Vietnamese coffee, Japanese matcha, and craft sodas. We use Ca Ke specialty beans for espresso, Inucha ceremonial matcha from Uji, and Fizz craft sodas made locally in Ho Chi Minh. House-made syrups, cheese foam, and strawberry jam with Da Lat strawberries.
Coffee
All espresso drinks use 70/30 Robusta/Arabica blend from Ca Ke Specialty Coffee, a Vietnamese roastery.
Vietnamese Cà Phê Sữa Đá
Vietnamese drip coffee with condensed milk. Classic Saigon style.
Cappuccino
Espresso with steamed milk and foam. Classic ratio.
Bạc Xỉu Béo
Extra sweet, milk-heavy Vietnamese coffee. For serious sweet tooths. A Saigonese dessert drink that's not as common in other regions of Vietnam.
Cà Phê Đen
Traditional Vietnamese drip coffee, black. Strong, bold, unfiltered flavor.
Americano
Espresso with hot water. Clean, straightforward.
Hazelnut Latte
Hazelnut syrup, espresso, fresh milk, topped with house-made cream cheese foam. Nutty, sweet, topped with tangy cream.
Premium Matcha
We offer two matcha quality levels: **House Blend** (standard quality) and **Inucha** (premium ceremonial-grade).
Inucha is a local Saigonese female-owned brand that sources ceremonial Uji matcha from Japan. We use Meiji milk for all matcha lattes.

Matcha with house-made strawberry jam and Meiji milk. Earthy matcha meets sweet berries. Cold only.
Matcha Citrus

Matcha with fresh orange juice, yuzu jam, and lemon juice. Bright, tart, citrus-forward. Cold only.
Hojicha Latte
Roasted green tea with Meiji milk. Toasted, nutty, less earthy than matcha. Hot or cold.

Kumquat Yuzu Tea
Japanese kumquat tea. Tart, citrusy, clean.
Berries Hibiscus
Strawberry and blackcurrant with hibiscus. Berry-forward, slightly tart.
FIZZ Craft Soda
Fizz Sodas are made locally in Ho Chi Minh City by Rebecca from New Zealand. Made in small batches with real cane sugar (less than commercial sodas), locally sourced Vietnamese fruit, no caffeine, no alcohol, natural preservatives only. Just 74 calories per bottle for Very Berry compared to 139 in commercial sodas.
These are a best seller at Dulce because they’re bright, fresh, and pair perfectly with our sandwiches and desserts. Local, refreshing, tropical.
Orange Passionfruit
Oranges and passion fruit from the Mekong Delta. Tropical, sunny, citrus.
Lemongrass Lemonade
Freshly squeezed Vietnamese lemons infused with lemongrass. Zingy, tropical, refreshing.
Very Berry
Mixed sweet berries and tart hibiscus. Berry-forward, slightly tart, summer in a bottle.
Tamarind Vanilla
Tangy tamarind with sweet vanilla. Fizz's Asian-style cola. Sweet, sour, unique.

Can I get decaf?
No. We don’t offer decaf coffee.
Do you have soy milk or almond milk?
We have oat milk (Oatly) available for +10K. No soy or almond milk.
What's in the house-made cheese foam?
It’s made with the same cream cheese we use for our desserts. It’s tangy, slightly sweet, and sits on top of drinks like Salted Caramel Mocha and Hazelnut Latte.
