Dulce de Saigon

New York-Style Cookies

Levain Bakery-inspired cookies, right here in Saigon. Thick, chewy, gooey center, crispy edges. We took their legendary size and technique, then added our own global flavors. Made with European butter and premium ingredients. Still sweet, just not as sweet as the original. Baked fresh throughout the day in small batches.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What's New York-style mean?

Thick, chewy texture with gooey centers and crispy edges. Made famous by Levain Bakery in NYC. We use their technique but go easier on the sugar.

How are these different from Levain cookies?

We’re inspired by their size and baking technique, but we’re less sweet and we add global flavors. Filipino ube, Japanese matcha, Asian miso. Still big, still indulgent, just not as tooth-achingly sweet.

Do you always have all flavors available?

We bake in small batches throughout the day. Most flavors are available most of the time, but you might need to wait for a fresh batch during busy periods.

Can I order specific flavors for pickup?

Message us on Zalo to check availability and reserve specific flavors.

Are the marshmallows really homemade?

Yes. We make our own marshmallows for Rocky Road and Miso cookies. It’s extra work but worth it.

What other bakeries inspire you?

Levain Bakery for cookie technique, Christina Tosi’s Milkbar for creative flavors. Our Miso cookie is inspired by her Trash Can cookie. We don’t hide our inspirations. Good bakers learn from great bakers.

When are cookies freshest?

We bake throughout the day, so there’s always something fresh. Peak freshness is right out of the oven, but they’re good all day.

When are you open?

8AM-9PM daily, 7 days a week.
