Dulce was born during the COVID lockdowns of 2019, when our head baker Minh Thư discovered her passion for American-style baking.

What started as cinnamon rolls for close friends quickly grew into something bigger—a space where global flavors meet Saigon spirit.

We’re Garret and Minh Thư, and we believe great food has the power to bring people together.

That’s why we use premium ingredients, small-batch methods, and pour our hearts into every recipe to make each bite feel personal.

Dulce is more than what's on the plate.

Our menu is a world of flavors—soft-baked cookies, rich matcha drinks, and American-style sandwiches on tiger bread and focaccia, baked fresh every morning. We craft everything with care using imported Belgian chocolate, Japanese Uji matcha, and European cream cheese.
