How do I order a birthday cake?
Message us on Zalo or WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance for full-sized cakes. Let us know the size, flavor, and any custom design requests.
Can you do custom designs?
Yes. From elegant minimalism to fun themed creations. Message us with your ideas and we’ll work it out.
What sizes do you offer?
Most cakes come in 12cm, 14cm, 16cm, or 20cm. Some specialty cakes start at 16cm. Check the menu for specific sizing.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices include 8% VAT.
What about dietary concerns?
We are NOT a gluten-free kitchen. We can make egg-less cakes on request for religious or dietary reasons. Gelatin is used in some items, so if you have specific dietary restrictions, please ask us about ingredients. The bakery operates separately from our sandwich kitchen.
Can I add a custom message or decoration?
Yes. Text and candles are free. Sugar paper print and fondant designs available on request. Fondant designs require 72 hours pre-order.
